I love Blair. She's really such a great character in my opinion. And as a general rule you know where she stands. I mean, seriously. Yes she's bitchy and manipulative. But we know that about her. And she does have a softer side, as seen by finally saying I love you to Chuck. She says what she wants and at the time she always means it, or at least means it in order to get her way. Do you find this valuable?
