| Nate sees Jenny outside of Blair's party she turn away but Nate has caught wind of her. Nate asks if she would like to go for a walk and she agrees to they sit on a step and Nate pours his heart out to her.

| Jenny is having a birthday and has received all time power at school when Blair returns Jenny and Mean girls drop yogurt on her. Jenny smiles but she's Nate staring at her in disapproval. He later pulls her aside and tells her she not like those other girls, Jenny get's angry and walks off. But later she steals a 150,000 dollar dress and calls Nate for help. Nate becomes concerned and goes to find Dan, while Jenny is caught by her father Rufus and Mean girls. Later she is grounded but defies her father's wishes and runs to see Nate. Jenny apologize for her actions, Nate laughs them off telling not to worry about it. Later on Jenny convinces Nate to come to butter with her where she regains her title.

| Dan reveals a secret about Nate to Jenny. Nate later moves in to the Humphrey loft.

| Jenny has to use the bathroom running into a half naked Nate chest. He laughs while she checks him out. Nate notices her new hair style and complements her on it. Later he hand delivers her scrapbook while Jenny thanks him Nate is checking her out. Their flirting goes unnoticed by a model named Agnus. Later Jenny and Nate gets into a huge fight based on the fact that Jenny quit Eleonora 's and that she hanging out with a old guy named Max. Nate runs to ask Aaron about his friends he tells him Max is cool but not dating his little sister.Meanwhile Jenny is dancing Half naked in Max's apartment and Nate finds her and refuses to leave until she's with him. They later argue about it Jenny asking why he cared and Nate says because, Jenny kisses him only to be pulled back by Nate to kiss again.

| Nate aviods Jenny after their kiss. While Jenny gets ready to lunch her designs for a fashion show, Agnus says she can have five Nate Archibald but Jenny responds with saying she just wants him. Nate later is walking with dan and his mind is else where when Dan askes him about Jenny, Nate pretends to not know. They later walk in on Jenny trying to escape with her designs. Nate watches Jenny get screamed at and steps in only to be told to mind his business. Nate watches as Jenny load a truck and he warns her to wait for Dan but she throws his concern back at his face saying he hadn't spoken two words to her all week. Nate tells her it's complicated but Jenny tells him to prove that he cares for her. Nate says he'll drive. When they arrive their Nate questions Jenny's motives and she impresses him with ther answer. Later Nate claims Jenny down with a kiss that gets blasted on Gossip Girl sending Dan in a rage, he throws Nate against the wall confronting him. Nate defines himself saying he din't mean for it to happend it just did. Nate is told to get out by Dan. Nate goes to find Jenny to tell her the bad news but Jenny begs him to stay and he does. When the show is crashed by Jenny's models her excitement leads her to kiss Nate not knowing one of Nate's old flames Vanessa stood there watching. Jenny tries to catch her but Nate holds her back but she tells him she can't do this and leaves a broken heart Nate. Nate later sends a letter but it never reaches Jenny hands she moved out and Vanessa has stolen it.

| Jenny and Nate finally talk but only about giving him a scarf and also Jenny stating it cool that Julian is letting Vanessa film his play which casuses Nate to expload.

| Gossip Girl drops the bomb about Nate and Jenny share a stare at eachother. Later Jenny walks in for a brief moment Nate speaks about her and Blair being a team.

| Nate askes Jenny if she seen Blair she tell him no but she's looking for her date who is the old him at constence. Nate smiles and takes it as a complement and tells her to have fun. Jenny tells him she will walking off not knowing Nate watching her walk away. Later Jenny finds out her date has been stolen she calls for Nate's help. They stop the cotillian to present her and Nate. They later share a dance smiling she thanks him for saving her again he is about to respond but is inturrupted by Blair and Serena. Nate walks away.
(3x13) Nate and Jenny argue over her current Job decision.
( Spoliers say that Jenny will come between Nate and Serena's future relationship also that he might be the one to pull the V-card from her Good Job Nate)
