Serena (Blake Lively) invites Aaron to be her date at a charity gala honoring Lily and Bart (Kelly Rutherford and Robert John Burke). After after discovering something that Aaron has been keeping from her she begins to question their relationship. Hoping it will help her chances of getting into Yale, Blair (Leighton Meester) agrees to babysit the 15-year-old daughter of a prominent Yale donor. The teenager is quite difficult, and Blair begins to realize that this may hurt her chances of getting into Yale. Meanwhile, Jenny (Taylor Momsen) and Agnes plan a guerilla fashion show that will either launch Jenny into fashion stardom or ruin her chances of being accepted by the industry.
