Gossip Girl Spoiler:---
Actor Desmond Harrington revealed that he's set to return as troublemaker Jack Bass sometime this season on Gossip Girl.
"I will be back this year," says Harrington. "I think it's episode 15 or 16 where I show back up. It's fun playing Uncle Jack."
So what trouble will Uncle Jack be brewing this time around? What could possibly live up to hooking up with Blair on New Year's Eve, attacking Lily Bass, and trying to steal the company out from under Chuck?
Harrington doesn't know the details about his storyline yet, but he does know this:
"I think, if anything, I am there to screw that kid's [Chuck's] life up basically," Harrington says. "I think he might be, out of all the most evil characters the show has ever had on it, the most evil character. He's evil."

Spotted: Three Upper East Siders in a menage a trois that is sure to be the talk of the town. Blogs are abuzz with the news, first reported by EW's Michael Ausiello, that three major characters are going to get it on during -- when else? -- November sweeps. - It turns out that the sweet-seeming Bree Buckley isn't all she's cracked up to be by Nate, nor was she all talk when she threatened Carter Baizen two weeks ago, who has some mysterious connection to the Buckley family. Could Bree just be using Nate to exact her revenge? E! Online reports:
"Bree's not exactly a paragon of sweetness and light. Her intentions are not as pure as we've been led to believe. The redheaded Gossip girl mostly just wants revenge on Carter, and she wants it bad. Better luck next time, Nate."
- Bree isn't the only bad love interest in the bunch. It looks like Jenny's new beau, played by Kevin Zegers, is going to do damage... and her absolute power won't be the only thing corrupting Constance's new Queen Bee:
"Damien (Kevin Zegers) is bad news. If you like raccoon-eyed Little J, you're in luck, because sources tell us Damien's going to bring Jenny 'to a dark place.' Break out the mascara and eyeliner, Jenny."
- Dan may have upgraded from psychotic Georgina to the sweet celebrity Olivia, but that doesn't mean his life is going to get any easier! As we saw in the promo for next Monday's episode, "Rufus Getting Married," Georgina is going to do whatever she can to break up Lonely Boy and Movie Star Girl. But for now, judging from photos coming off the Gossip Girl set this week, the Dan-Olivia love seems to be alive and well...

Nope. It's actually Bart Bass of Gossip Girl. How crazytown is that?! A source tells me that Robert John Burke (the senior Basshole) will be returning to the show in December, just in time to make it a very special Gossip Girl Christmas. P.S. When I hinted that "two blondes will be atwitter" I was referring to Lily Rhodes van der Woodsen Bass Humphrey and Gossip Girl herself (Kristen Bell), who will certainly Twitter the news!—but of course Serena also would count. | Well, even though it is true that John Robert Burke (Bart Bass) will be coming back to Gossip Girl, my speculation that Bart might actually be alive isnot true. "He'll be a ghost," one source tells me. But, get this—Spoiler alert!—that doesn't mean that Chuck doesn't have a "dead" parent who might not be so dead after all! "There's a huge storyline later this season that is going to blow you away," promises my source. "And it involves Chuck, Jack Bass and Chuck's mother." Also making a comeback? Serena's father. "We will see him this season," says the source. "But he hasn't been cast yet." Suggestions? Whoever it is, he's going to bring with him another major storyline arc and mucho trouble for Rufus Humphrey. Also in the love department, thanks to Chuck's newfound family dramarama, you can expect Chuck and Blair to heat up again. And for you Olivia (Hilary Duff) haters, you'll be happy to hear that she is off the series for good, leaving Dan all by his wonesome to get together with longtime special friend (with threesome benefits) Vanessa. Ausiello: First off, the grave stalker has a name, and it's Laura Harring (The Shield). Second, yes, she will reveal herself to be the Bass family matriarch when GG returns in March. Something about this makes my impostor antennae go up, though. Maurice in Pittsburgh: What the what? I just read Josh Schwartz's quote that Jenny and Chuck have something coming up on Gossip Girl. Please tell me Little J is not coming between Blair and Chuck. I'll die!
Your life is spared. An inside source tells me that Jenny and Chuck don't really have any big storylines together this season, so I'm assuming Josh meant Jenny will have a big storyline and Chuck will have a big storyline, but they are not the same storyline. Chuck's story involves the possible surprise return of his believed-to-be-dead mother (and Jack Bass), and Jenny's involves another couple she comes between...guesses? Wanda Two Saints: Kristin, are you really not going to tell us who Jenny will be interfering with? That's low, even for you!
Only because I like old friends with bad glasses, I will reveal that Jenny is going to "get in between Nate and Serena," according to my rock-solid Gossip Girl source. We likey? We hatey? I'm thinking more of the latter...

Candy in Hawaii: Will Jenny get her knight in shining Armani? I've waited so long for Nate and Jenny to happen! Please, please tell me they will be a couple. I want them as my Christmas present!
Here's what I can tell you. According to my source: "Jenny definitely will try to steal Nate away" later this season, after Nate and Serena are more of a solidified couple. However, in what has been written so far, I'm told "Nate is resisting." That said, it certainly seems as though Jenny has fully embraced the dark side of her Machiavellian ways (will she be worse than Blair ever was?) because according to my mole, the whole Nate stealing is "going to be pretty underhanded by Jenny. Serena won't really suspect it for a bit." So let me get this straight: Little J has screwed over her stepbrother/former BFF and now her stepsister too?! Talk about a character 180 from the first season! Do we have a new Big Bad on the Upper East Side? Are producers trying to make us not like her? Thoughts? Marlene in Georgetown, Washington, D.C.: Some Gossip Girl news please! Anything big coming up? Deaths? Hookups? Marriages?
Dorota is getting married! Pretty sweet, no? And now that two people very close to Blair have gotten hitched lately (first mom, now Dorota), she has to be next right? OK, probably not. But a girl can dream.
