Victor, Victrola | Nate tells Blair that he doesn't love her any longer. She then goes to a party Chuck has thrown at Victrola and performs a striptease for him. She then sleeps with Chuck in the back of his limo, resulting in the loss of her virginity.

Nate's parents put pressure on him to reconcile with Blair, telling him that they should be together. Their reasoning for this reconciliation isn't as innocent, however, as they have an important business deal with Elanor Waldorf, Blair's mother, which they don't want to fall through. Nate's parents give him the family ring to give to Blair in order to make it look like Nate is very serious about getting back together.
Nate is supposed to meet Blair at her 17th birthday party, however, he doesn't show up. Chuck follows Blair outside and tells her how much he likes her and reveals to her the real motive between Nate's wanting to get back together with her. They make a bet, saying that if Nate calls before midnight, Chuck will leave her alone forever. However, if he doesn't, Blair has to spend the night with Chuck.
By midnight, Nate still hasn't shown up and Gossip Girl is updated with some new info: Nate has been seen with a "Mysterious Blonde". Blair realises it's all over between her and Nate. Serena comes to comfort Blair, but she wants to be alone; that is until Chuck comes top join her!

Blair and Chuck are about to sleep together again, when visits her and asks her to be his date to the Cotillion Ball as friends. Although Blair had announced she was glad to be apart from Nate and thought him to be self-absorbed, she was secretly happy as she didn't want their relationship to be over. Chuck is upset by the development in Blair and Nate's relationship, as he believed that he was getting his chance with her.
Blair finds out that Chuck was the one to send the image to Gossip Girl. She accuses him of not caring at all for Blair, and he played around with everyone's emotions purely for his own enjoyment, "which is exactly why you and I can never work."

Chuck begins to blackmail Blair, by telling her he'll tell Nate all about the night in the back of the limo. She asks him why he's trying to ruin her & his best friends happiness.
Later on, Blair asks Chuck to give up on the blackmail again, but he refuses. She then realises that if Chuck tells Nate, she can just deny it and she tells him so.
Blair: "Hey. Let go of me, Bass."
Chuck: "Drop your Archibald habit first," Chuck replied.
Blair: "You know I already have."
Chuck: "Really? A kiss does sort of send the wrong signal...Let's not waste time denying."
Blair: "You know what? I'm tired of this! Go ahead and tell him."
Chuck: "You want me to tell him how you slept with me and then faked your virginity for him?"
Blair: "I'll just tell him you're lying. And who do you think he'll believe? You, who bangs anything in his vision… or me, his pure and honest girlfriend of many years?"
However, the conversation has been recorded by Vanessa, who is making a documentary on the lives of the rich on the Upper East Side. Chuck offers her $10,000 for the tape, which she takes and gives him the tape. Little does Chuck know, however, the tape is blank! Vanessa then gives the original copy to Blair, telling her that not everyone operates on an agenda and that she is just trying to be nice. In return, without Vanessa's asking, Blair pays Vanessa's rent for a whole year. Blair did this because she did not want to feel indebted to anyone, especially not Vanessa.

Serena is buying an early pregnancy test? Someone better tell Dan the news! But here's the catch: it's not for her, it's for Blair! Best part? Blair didn't ask her to get it, she refuses toacknowledgethe possibility that she might be pregnant. But good ole' Serena has to get Blair to face reality!Serena says that Blair admitted that her period was late; but Blair has an excuse for that; she's been very stressed, she had that chem test on Friday. So then Serena says that Blair's acting like a total ***** because she's not hormonal? But of course Blair has an excuse for that; maybe she is a total, did Serena ever think about that? Finally Serena gives up and just aks Blair to take the test. Blair asks her to stop it. Then Serena says just take the test, that Blair needs to know if she and Chuck are going to have a baby.Serena then shows up at Blair's house saying she was in the neighborhood. Blair asks if they can talk later, that despite Serena's best efforts to ruin it, Blair is actually having a good day and can Serena not spoil it! She then tells Serena that she's sorry that unlike her, Blair hasn't been on the pill since she was 15, but that she can't be pregnant! Serena then goes to Chuck and says that she needs to talk to him. Chuck adds about getting knocked up? And then adds that he was a little dissapointed that Serena wasn't more careful. Chuck lets Serena in, and Serena says that she really needs to trust him, she hopes that deep down inside , he's actually a decent person who won't make her regret this. Chuck takes one look at Serena and says that she's here for Blair isn't she? Chuck says look, he's not going to tell Nate about him and Blair, that he tortured Blair, got bored, and moved on. Serena says there's no moving on just yet. She reveals that the pregnancy test wasn't for her…it was for Blair! Chuck says what? Serena says that Blair won't take it. So givin that if Blair is pregnant then Chuck's the--. Chuck interupts to say no they used a condom! Serenatrying to state the obvious says, well obviously it broke! Chuck retorts back, what's obvious is that Serena's best friend has kept her in the dark. Serena confused asks what is Chuck talking about? Chuck says that he handles his business, apparently Nate doesn't! He reveals that Blair and Nate slept together just after Blair and he did. It's Nate she should be asking for help! Serena then goes back to Blair's house the next morning and asks if anyone has noticed the weather today? Blair looks at her like she's crazy and then asks what? Serena replies take a look outside B. That her first response would be that the sky is a clear-blue easy. Blair annoyed tells her housekeeper/maid/personal assistant/concierge/ fill-in-the-blank-here, Dorota that she may be excused now. Once Dorota leaves, Serena reveals how upset she is that Blair didn't tell her about Blair's relationship with Nate. Blair acting all concerned now, asks what did Nate say? And Serena replies nothing Chuck did and reveals that she went to see him because she thought he could talk some sense into Blair! When Blair retorts that Serena had no right to do that, Serena replies back that she was just trying to help! She took a public bullet for Blair, she let another rumor about herself run rampant. The whole school heard, even Dan-- Eleanor walks in and asks what is going on? Serena fed up with Blair's lies tells Eleanor to ask Blair, that her version of the story's always better! When Serena gets no response from Blair she says fine and leaves. Eleanor asks her daughter if she is alright? And Blair replies, never been better. Then Eleanor adds, that well, Serena has. She then asks what's wrong? Blair replies I don't know. That she can't be responsible for Serena's mood swings. Her mother then asks cautiously if Serena and Blair were argueing about the possibility that Blair's condition…may have returned? Blair replies solomly no. Then adds that it hasn't.Eleanor then reveals that she heard Blair, the other day, in your bathroom, with the water running. Blair says that she's very stressed, and with Eleanor and Serena down her throat, she can hardly think straight, never mind keep food down. Eleanor then suggests the possibibility that maybe Blair needs to take a little break, visit her father? Apparently Lyons is very beautiful this time of year. Blair retorts maybe this summer! Eleanor says summer… sounds great, and tells Blair to finish her breakfast. We then see Blair taking a pregnancy test finally! While waiting she tells herself, "I'm not pregnant. I command myself not to be pregnant. " She picks up the stick and then calls Serena and tells her that one; She's sorry, about Dan, about the Gossip Girl blasts, and about not telling Serena about Nate. Serena says ok. And Blair explains that Serena was just so hard about Chuck, and Blair didn't want to be judged for sleeping with them both. Serena says that she understands and that she accepts Blair's apology. Blair surprised says that was fast that if she were Serena she would have made Blair work for it a little bit harder. Serena disagrees because she thinks that Blair has really suffered enough. Then Blair says and second thing--but is interupted by Serena who corrects Blair by saying that is like three things, Blair ignores her and tells her that she took the test and she's… not pregnant! Serena's reaction is very unique she is so happy for Blair, but so happy in general because she would have had no idea what to wear to a paternity hearing. Blair then asks,"Clean Slate?" Serena agrees, "Oh, Clean Slate." She adds that she is so happy and that she will see Blair at school. We then see Chuck smoking a joint at school, followed by Blair who passes him. When Chuck then starts runnung after her; she replies that he doesn't have to stop on her account. But Chuck retorts that oh he has to, second-hand smoke is bad for the-- and is interupted by Blair's revelation that she isn't pregnant. She then adds, so bye, mistake-so-far-in-my-past-I-can-hardly-remember. Chuck replies you cannot be serious and grabs her, and she adds you can't touch me. She then tells him that if he was going to tell Nate, he would have done so in Monaco. But Chuck doesn't want Nate to hate him, Chuck know's that Nate would. She adds Game over. Chuck replies that the game isn't over until he says it is. Blair then retorts then have fun playing with yourself.She leaves and we see that Chuck isn't happy; he pulls out his cellphone and sends a text to GG aka Gossip Girl, we see the text as it is being made; GG. S not pregnant, covering for Blair. Same Blair whose sheets were rumpled by two guys in one week. Bad news for Blair. School lets out and of course everyone is getting the blast from Gossip Girl that Chuck sent. Unfortunately, it's worse then what Chuck sent; "Looks like the Virgin Queen isn't as pure as she pretended to be. If Blair Waldorf lyed about that what else might she be lying about? Who's your daddy B? Baby Daddy that is? Two guys in one week? Talk about doing the nasty. Or Should I just say B-ing nasty." Nate finds out from Jenny that not only is the blast true but Chuck is the other man. Nate confronts Chuck and Chuck admits it's true, Nate asks if Chuck got what he wanted just like from those other girls? Chuck retorts back, "Yes, I took what Blair kept throwing at you and you kept throwing back." Nate replies that Chuck screwing Blair for sport is somehow Nate's fault? Chuck replies back that it wasn't for sport, that Blair needed someone and he was there. Nate then asks if Chuck cared about Blair? Chuck then reminds him that Nate had broken up with Blair. Then Nate asks oh for how long? A week? An hour? Chuck then says that he is sorry that he knows how long he and Nate have been best friends. Nate says from now on to stay away from him. Blair goes to Nate and he tells her that he wants nothing to do with her. She then goes to Chuck and tells him that she came to congratulate him in person; he ruined her relationship with Nate, Serena, and all of her friends. She adds that even little Jenny thinks that she's to good for Blair. So bravo, just like Chuck wanted. Blair adds that she has no one to turn to except for Chuck. But Chuck corrects her and says that Blair doesn't even have him. He adds that she held a certain fascination when she was beautiful, delicate, and untouched. But now Blair is like one of the Arabians Chuck's father used to own. Rode hard, and put away wet. And just for good measure Chuck tells Blair that he doesn't want her anymore, and he can't see why anyone else would. Um wow Harsh!
