San Diego native Minkoff, 28, started designing handbags almost a decade ago when she was asked by her friend Jenna Elfman to design a bag for one of her movies—presto! The Morning After Bag was born! Since then, Minkoff's bags have appeared on the arms of celebs on and off screen including Blake Lively, Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Agyness Deyn, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Bilson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Mary-Kate Olsen and Bijou Phillips.
